There are four hormones, happy chemicals in the body; when they release/exit in the body, they make a person feel happy.
- Endorphins
- Dopamine
- Serotonin
- Oxytocin
These four hormones are a feeling of happiness within us. We must learn about these four hormones.
Endorphins
When we exercise, our body releases endorphins to relieve pain, so we can enjoy exercise. Besides, this hormone is produced in our bodies when we watch a comedy or read jokes. So for this pleasure-producing hormone dose (aliment), we need to do at least 20 minutes of exercise daily and read some jokes and watch comedy videos.
Dopamine
In the journey of life, we accomplish many small and large tasks. When we complete a task, our body releases dopamine, which makes us happy. We feel successful and good when appreciated for our work in the office or at home. This feeling is because of dopamine. When you see your crush, when you are with your loved one, when you eat your favorite dish or drink your favorite juice, dopamine releases. See the following link; how does dopamine affect drug-addicted?
Now you can understand why women are usually unhappy with their routine-wise domestic work because the men do not appreciate it. When we buy a new mobile phone, car, new home, new clothes, or anything else, dopamine releases from our body. Now, you must be understood why we feel happy after shopping.
Serotonin
When we do something for the benefit of others, serotonin is released from us and creates a sense of happiness. Providing helpful information on the Internet, spreading the good news to people, and answering public queries on blogs, Quora, and Facebook.
Preaching Islamic ethics and values or inviting your good ideas produces serotonin, and we feel happy.
Oxytocin
It comes out within our bodies when we get closer to other human beings. The body releases oxytocin when we shake hands or hug our friends. It acts like magic. When we hug someone and hold them tightly in our arms, oxytocin emits, and a sense of well-being arises.
It's So Easy To Be Happy
We have to work every day to get endorphins. We have to complete the small tasks and get dopamine. Helping others is to gain serotonin and hugging your children, spending time with family, and meeting with friends to gain oxytocin. That is the way we can be happy.
When we are happy, it's easier to deal with our problems and challenges. Now you know why giving a baby a quick hug is crucial if he is in a bad mood.
