Many Americans knew about Hulk Hogan, and in a split second, he became the face of WWF. Vince made a large group of wrestlers called 'Superstar Roster' in the WWE language. André the Giant was in this group and was considered the heaviest and taller wrestler in WWF history. People come to WWF to see wrestlers like Hulk Hogan and André.
Vince McMahon wanted to gain more popularity for WWF in America. He planned to arrange wrestling in all the cities of America, which required a lot of money. Also, it was a risk because it could lose all if it failed, but he took the risk, and WWF performed for the first time in many cities of America.
In 1985, Vince McMahon introduced 'WrestleMania.' You could say it was a world cup of wrestling. It was the central aspect of WWF's success. Hulk Hogan was the face of WWF, and Vince got more business (money) because of Hulk Hogan's appearance. It was also called the golden age of WWF.
